		<description><![CDATA[From: Matt: The final regatta of this fall came on Sunday (Oct. 25, 2009) in Worcester. Wayland-Weston returned to Lake Quinsigamond to defend its fall MPSRA state title. In the end, Wayland-Weston came away with four crew state titles: the girls team points trophy, boys team points trophy, and overall team points trophy.
